Finding quality job candidates

I am the Director of Membership with the Va Chamber, and I am looking for a territory sales person in NoVa. Our compensation package is better than most non-profits, and some corporate, but I can't seem to find someone who has government relations background that wants to sell memberships. Any ideas?

Dinnypat,

I noticed on the list of networkers on Beltway Networking that there were members from Administaff, DCJobs.com and HireStrategy. These members maybe able to point you in the right direction. I would start there. Good luck and let us know how it goes.

RE: Finding quality job candidates

Finding good qualified staff for rofessional positiuons involving sales is difficult, my firm Global AHJ Group, specializes in helping small to mid size business become certified to bid on federal 8(a), Virgina, Maryland and District of Columbia Government Contracts, we're wiling to discuss partnering with your organization and when a Virgina contractor or small business hires our firm, their business becomes a member of the VA Chamber for a Year. This doesn't cost the Chamber any money, increases membership and gets our new clients involved in his home base community, which increase his or her netowrking.

Email mour CEO, and let's netowrk
